At Lexus of North Miami our assistant service advisors/service operators provide a welcoming answering service which you can reach Monday through Friday 7:30am-6:00pm, Saturday from 8:00am-5:00pm and Sundays from 11:00am-4:00pm (appointments recommended). I'm totally disappointed in the correspondence between Matthew silva and I. I asked specifically about the credit for a new purchase he said there wasn't any. I find out later about a 750.00 credit for all new purchases after an investigation. I plan on speaking with the GM in regards to this matter this week. More
