Our shop has all the top factory required tools and equipment accompanied by thirty-two factory trained technicians, eight Lexus certified trained advisors and over eighty service bays which makes it easy for our customers.
At Lexus of North Miami our assistant service advisors/service operators provide a welcoming answering service which you can reach Monday through Friday 7:30am-6:00pm, Saturday from 8:00am-5:00pm and Sundays from 11:00am-4:00pm (appointments recommended). Sean Kamal, who I now know is actually the General Sales Manager of this store, is shockingly arrogant, full of himself, and profane. Was extremely rude and disrespectful right at the door. Horrible experience, make sure to never buy a vehicle from here as long as they keep him employed. If he is this abusive to his customers I can only imagine how he is to his employees, hopefully they launch an investigation into that. Nobody should have to put up with something like this, and I cannot believe an organization of this stature would even consider employing someone of such poor and disgraceful character, especially in an upper management capacity.
