Our shop has all the top factory required tools and equipment accompanied by thirty-two factory trained technicians, eight Lexus certified trained advisors and over eighty service bays which makes it easy for our customers.
At Lexus of North Miami our assistant service advisors/service operators provide a welcoming answering service which you can reach Monday through Friday 7:30am-6:00pm, Saturday from 8:00am-5:00pm and Sundays from 11:00am-4:00pm (appointments recommended). Worse experience I’ve ever had with Lexus. I walked into the dealer. They took 6 hours to test my car. I left and six hours later I got the same issue again. I have to wait 2 months for a part I walked into the dealer. They took 6 hours to test my car. I left and six hours later I got the same issue again. I have to wait 2 months for a part to be replaced and in the meantime I have a constant signal popping on my car stating: system malfunction. I feel unsafe driving the vehicle. More
