Our shop has all the top factory required tools and equipment accompanied by thirty-two factory trained technicians, eight Lexus certified trained advisors and over eighty service bays which makes it easy for our customers.
At Lexus of North Miami our assistant service advisors/service operators provide a welcoming answering service which you can reach Monday through Friday 7:30am-6:00pm, Saturday from 8:00am-5:00pm and Sundays from 11:00am-4:00pm (appointments recommended). Lack of details I’ve owned Lexus for over 20 years so I’ve been to many dealers across the US. Comparing this to others: It starts with expectations. I was given a I’ve owned Lexus for over 20 years so I’ve been to many dealers across the US. Comparing this to others: It starts with expectations. I was given a quote but when I paid the bill noticed it was much higher; I was not told it did not include x, y, z. It took many days since the parts were not in stock; again I was not told this. Scheduling with advisor whose name I never remember and then the advisor is not in. In Florida, waiting outside the advisor’s office is a bit like torture since it is 90+ degrees with equal humidity. Who does that? Cost of service is pretty pricey. The problem I had was not solved on my first visit, but had to return and emphasize the fact that the problem persists and I needed to resolve. Only then did a mechanic test drive the car and acknowledged there was a problem. More
