I can’t stress enough how awful my experience with Lexus North Miami has been. The service center is completely unorganized, dirty, and downright disrespectful. This is the third Lexus I’ve owned — all purchased from this same store — and I clearly haven’t learned my lesson. Both the service center and the body shop are useless! I’ve been left waiting for hours on multiple occasions because of their mistakes. The service department doesn’t even communicate with the body shop — I once got a message saying my car was ready, only to arrive and be told it had been transferred elsewhere and they couldn’t help me. No one there gives you a straight answer. Everyone acts like they’re doing you a favor just by being there. Every single visit takes at least 40–50 minutes for even the simplest tasks. My car was returned to me dirty, with overspray, scratches, and other issues. They took it back for three more weeks to “fix” it, and even then, the results were subpar. They also never told me I could return the rental directly to them — another example of terrible communication and customer service. I love my Lexus, but I’ll never return to this dealership. The brand deserves better representation than this. More

The dealership is nice and the staff is friendly. One thing that probably need improvement is the timing of the service. I had an appointment at 12pm and didn't get started until 12:25pm. If im making an appointment for a certain time and I'm there on time (and in this case earlier) I also expect that my appointment time is honored and I dont have to wait 30 min just to start the paperwork.
