I regret purchasing a vehicle from Lexus North Miami. My experience has been disappointing from the moment I bought my brand-new car to every service visit since. The sales rep who prepared my paperwork My experience has been disappointing from the moment I bought my brand-new car to every service visit since. The sales rep who prepared my paperwork was a crook and a liar, misleading me about the maintenance services that were supposedly included with my purchase. I later found out I had to pay $1,400 for the vehicle maintenance they initially claimed would be complimentary—on top of the $1,300 in dealership fees I had already paid. To make matters worse, the service department fails to meet even basic expectations. They don’t even wash the car after servicing, something most luxury dealerships offer as a courtesy. The lack of transparency, deceptive practices, and overall poor customer service have left me extremely dissatisfied. I deeply regret buying a car from this dealership and would not recommend Lexus North Miami to anyone. More

Disappointed with the service over all. I’ve taken my car 4 months ago, they were no able to diagnose the problem that I have told them , instead they charged me almost $400 to just add Fre I’ve taken my car 4 months ago, they were no able to diagnose the problem that I have told them , instead they charged me almost $400 to just add Freon. The same problem happened and now I got a diagnose of almost 4k. I understand, it’s your price , ok but I was looking for that diagnosis months ago and I have told my Rep the problem and all I got was, everything is fine and if it’s not come back and we will take care of it. Well I went back because of course the problem was not salved, I’ve explained the situation and all I got was a high quote and that was it. So disappointing, I’ve taken my car there since I moved to Florida 4 years almost. For sure was my last time there. More
