Service Manager seemed upset when asked what would actually be done to the vehicle. When unable to justify the cost for a long list of “checks” instead of actual work I was essentially dismissed and actually be done to the vehicle. When unable to justify the cost for a long list of “checks” instead of actual work I was essentially dismissed and nearly “blamed” for not wanting checkups for $250. When asked for help ti reset the maintenance light, he insisted that I must go somewhere else for it (thank God for Google). Certainly not what I expect from Lexus Service nor my experience in many many years with the brand. More
