I paid $3500 for my car repair to end up back in the shop. My car broke down in middle of i95. My family and I are lucky to be alive. I could not move my car out of incoming traffic. Of course I call Lexus and for them to tell me it something else. I don’t understand if I paid for a multi point inspection shouldn’t my entire car be inspected. Needless to say I’m currently trading my car in at Cadillac. According to Lexus there nothing they can do until it happens again. I’m not risking my life or my family life with this car. Every time we come get a simple service done it takes over 1 day. Also we have taken our car in to get a full service and not even a month later, another issue occurs or current issue was not fixed prope over 1 day. Also we have taken our car in to get a full service and not even a month later, another issue occurs or current issue was not fixed properly. Was told by our service technician Ronald, to call a specific number to request a loaner car in advance when making a service appointment and this did not happen. Takes multiple hours for them to contact us just to get a diagnosis on the car and will not provide us with accommodations unless the car takes over 24 hours. We do not have hours on end to be sitting around in the dealership waiting for an update on our car. In the past, getting our car serviced used to be seamless and we were easily provided with a loaner vehicle, now the process is very strenuous and difficult. It took less time for us to actually purchase the car at the dealership than to get something simple as our brakes fixed. The service has gone down tremendously! Considering switching service locations. More
Harry Faitelsonand whom I’ve been dealing with for over 20 years helped me out especially that I came over thinking I would get a loaner car because I had just had surgery and had drains in and all. He’s willing to bend over backwards to make things right for the client and provide exceptional service. In fact words can’t even express the professionalism from both parties. I appreciate everything they did for me to get me taken care of.. EVEN MY LONG TERM FRIEND DID NOT BACK ME UP WITH THE HELP I NEEDED. Genesis was marvelous to me. I MISS Marico he was A gentleman. MY BROTHER IN CLEARWATER HAS BOUGHT HIS 7 LEXUS THIS TIME A HYBRID AND HAS HAD A TOTAL DIFFERENT EXPERIENCE. I HAVE HAD GREAT LUCKY WITH INFINITI AND THEY REPLACED A MOTOR. I HAVE HAD GREAT LUCK WITH ACURA BUT YOU COULD NOT GET ME TO BUY ANOTHER LEXUS. I WILL REMEMBER THE KINDESS AND HELP GENESIS GAVE ME. BUT ANOTHER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE WAS AWFUL. More
