I was stuck in a terrible car finance situation, and Fred went above and beyond to help me get out of it and into a brand new IS 350 lease! From the moment we walked in, Fred was patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely focused on helping us find the best financial plan that worked for me. I’ll be honest—on the first day, I was still a little unsure. But the next day, Fred gave me a follow-up call, and after thinking things through, I knew I wanted to move forward with Lexus of Pembroke Pines. That extra effort and care meant a lot. I also want to give a huge thank you to Steve, the financial advisor, and Rohan, the general manager. Their professionalism and transparency made the entire process feel smooth and stress-free.
