The service people is good. However the pick up time needs to be improved. After 30 min wait, Gus, the service person asked about my vehicle and they said they could not find me which was untrue. I was disspointed that having 20,000 miles my salesperson says I need new tires and then proceeded to give me a very high quote for tires. I went to a tire company who said my tires were fine and that it was says I need new tires and then proceeded to give me a very high quote for tires. I went to a tire company who said my tires were fine and that it was not 4/32 but 5/32 and then gave me a quote for when they get more worn that was $200 cheaper and included an alignment. I felt totally ripped off a d won’t be buying a fourth lexus either, also I asked to see a manager who said he was with 2 other clients and could not see me and that Inwas free to call Michelin and put in a claim. I went over there and he was NOT with a client. More
