The good part of the experience is that they were able to get me the car I wanted: a GX 550 Overtrail, earth color, with only the options I specified. I could not find any other dealer, and I contacted several, that could / would do that in a timely manner. The challenging part was the sales staff. They consistently overpromised and underdelivered. The process took twice the number of months indicated. They tell you they will offer the car meeting your specs to the next client 'in line', and won't give it to anyone else until you make a final decision if you are next in line, but that was not my experience (there were multiple challenging times when a car was offered to me, confirmed to me, then given to someone else, and then at the end offered back to me again). Communications were challenging as sales staff doesn't respond with requested information unless you follow up repeatedly, and multiple people send unsigned texts from the same number so you don't know who you are talking with, even when you ask. All of that said, if you are willing to accept the challenges of a multi-month process (mine took 5 months) and frustrating communications and misinformation, it is likely you will get the car you want at the pricing agreed upon. I took my lx for a complaint for a noise coming from the back. They called my later stating that the mechanics could not replicate the noise , I went to pick up the car and the adviser Sarah had a bad attit back.
