We have been loyal to Lexus since 1997, this is our fifth Lexus; we presently own one and are leasing this 2021. We have always been more than satisfied with the various dealerships until this transaction! Lexus; we presently own one and are leasing this 2021. We have always been more than satisfied with the various dealerships until this transaction! We were BADLY mislead. We believe because we are elderly we were taken advantage of. We kept being put off about delivery and at the end we did NOT get the car we ordered. We were not told it did NOT have one of the most important features, namely the power trunk. Yet we still paid for features that are NOT on the car we received, e.g. wireless connection for phones... We are available to discuss all of this. More
