Service adviser very polite. He found out my car had a recall and repair was done at the same day. He said the work that needed to be performed would take 4 hours. It took 8 to repair the problem. Car loa recall and repair was done at the same day. He said the work that needed to be performed would take 4 hours. It took 8 to repair the problem. Car loaner provided was disgusted. Dirty in side, smells of cigarette , dust all over, etc I live in Tampa, The Lexus dealer I take my car to its 💯 percent Lexus mindset. More
