I'm very disappointment with the action was taken by general manager Andre Armani very rude he was so aggressive he even insult me and threw the car key to the floor,violated my rights. He took out his mask off in front of the people at (LEXUS dealer). I return a lease and after the greeter make me wait for 45 minutes i stand up to the greeter for service and she called the GM after 10 minutes more i asked the greeter about the Manager for me return the car and leave the dealer .People should be aware of the rude people and the rest is history. I will never return a lease to LEXUS PEMBROKE PINES IF THE GENERAL MANAGER IS RUDE. !!Poor Personal Team,and customers.!!! thanks God a good Samaritan help me after the situation( Carlos Rodriguez) Thank you. i spec the dealer care about this situation because people like that so aggressive don't get far in life,specially the Manager. I was early for my appt Jeremy was at lunch so was taken care of by another service person. After about one hour I was notified that the work I needed performed would take a long time so I was offered a loa care of by another service person.
