Customer service and hospitality are what I look for, my salesman was knowledgeable and also helpful in describing things I didnt understand, they called me on my phone to ask if all went well and updated m salesman was knowledgeable and also helpful in describing things I didnt understand, they called me on my phone to ask if all went well and updated me during the entire process even after driving out with my new car. However they do have good social distancing and keep things fairly clean, my only concern is if this dealership could have the salesmen carry around hand sanitizer or wipes when test driving vehicles as i had to bring my own before the test drive.
