Once we established that the problem was a new issue, things went smoothly. I am please with the car pick up and drop off service. Good dealership but would recommend a different salesman than we had! He disappeared after we agreed on a price and we never saw him again. Some other salesman finally came up about 2 hours later to hand than we had! He disappeared after we agreed on a price and we never saw him again. Some other salesman finally came up about 2 hours later to hand us a key to OUR NEW CAR. It was parked differently than the other cars that were being presented to me he other customers that had just bought a car. Nothing was shown to us regarding the features. I wish we could give the commission to the gentleman that kept us informed of the time our car would be ready that seat behind the desk of the used car department. More
