I have been working with this dealer and service department for over 10 years. I have purchased 3ES’s from them. I just purchased a 2020 a couple of months ago. I got some tree sap on the front and tried to get it off myself with soap and water and some of the other fixes I found on YouTube. I was Very concerned about damaging the paint so I called my service guy Carlos with whom I have been dealing with for the past five years. Carlos has always been extremely helpful and courteous and today he asked me to bring the car in and he’d see what they can do. They took the car right away and got the tree sap off with some exterior detailing and was done in less than 30 mins. As I said, they have always been great but this time went above and beyond.
