my car was picked up for the 5000 mile service on Thursday. On Friday and Saturday I called a number of times, always put on hold, and they said they didn’t know what to tell me they don’t show havin Thursday. Finally, Saturday afternoon, I drove to the dealership and spoke with the service manager. He was extremely nice and found my car in just a few minutes. He also told me it had been done since Thursday! I realize that I had a loaner car, however, it makes it very difficult thinking the car is going to be coming back at any minute to make plans on a weekend. I am really don’t feel comfortable that if I didn’t go there I would’ve ever been called. More

I wasn't not pleased the way my car buying experience happened, i Upon pick. Upon arrival Kawain was awesome setting all the setting in the car. Fiance manger proceed to see I can get the car unless they pull my credit dor a conditional contract. Then I was told I would have to come back Monday. I was supposed to be headed back to Tallahassee Monday morning. Instead I'm waiting gor a call from dealership. I grew tired of waiting . I showed up. Still the issue until my Credit branch manager stated what could be done to correct vendor. I'm still being asked to Fiance through Lexus. No one has told me or explained to me why the car I put 500.00 was sold when the deposit holds the car. I still feel like the dealership was just interested in financing the car through the dealership, why else would my car be sold,after I put deposit.I was really upset, because I sent text with copy if check to kawain, which the finance manager stated he saw,but didn't pay attention to. This could have been remedy before I left foe Sourh Florida to pick up the check I spoke to sale manager upon arrival. He listened chain he would get to the bottom. Nothing was sent back over to building 2 to speak with same manager who didn't get in until 12.pm. I ve worked a large Toyota dealership in Tallahassee, un heard that only one person can assist with and issue thar arose Saturday evening. Nowbit Monday afternoon, had I not just showed up I would have still been waiting fir this foolishness to unfold. Time, money was lost on my part.i was a day late returning to my home in Tallahassee.
