I attempted to buy the car through their online process, it really doesn't exist. Everything I was asked to upload I needed to provide in person (why make me upload if you aren't going to use it). They dropped the trade in value by $10,000 not because of the condition of my vehicle but due to factors that were in place 3 days before I requested a value (ie gas prices, this car isn't popular in their area, etc). I certainly would expect a lower value for my vehicle if it had issues, but they said the car was in great shape no issues at all. In fairness to my sales rep he was very nice, knowledgeable and helpful. The above issues are not a reflection on him. More

Israel Rigaud was an excellent person to deal with while I explored all my options to trade in my ES-Hybrid to lease my wife a larger vehicle for our growing family. The ES-Hybrid was supposed to be my car I explored all my options to trade in my ES-Hybrid to lease my wife a larger vehicle for our growing family. The ES-Hybrid was supposed to be my car that lasted me >150k miles (and I drive 6-7k miles/year), but with an addition to the family we needed a larger sized car. I went to many other dealerships (6-7 total), and ALL of them wanted to haggle you and wear you down on both sides of the fence, the trade-in and purchase/lease. The other dealerships that I went to wanted to take advantage of what they thought was a desperate customer; it was nothing but games. Israel was very patient as we examined all options available that fit into our desired budget. What I mean regarding Israel's patient, is I meant he spent 3 weeks communicating with me; checking in with me where I was in the investigative/research process or seeing if I had more questions about some of the other options we discussed. It wasn't easy for me to let go of my ES. But with Israel's patience and honesty, I was able to do so, and my wife is incredibly happy with her new car, and really that's all that matters.
