Edson Herrera is an "Angel" in Customer Services, however the dealership processes are a disaster and the wait time even after being announced the time of arrival to buy a Lease is crazy i.e., 2hrs. I am a repeat customer with my 3rd car from the dealership, 2. My lease had all my financial data with Lexus Financial Services, and 3. I had already declared my intent to buy the lease. The minimum I would have expected was to have an appointment type of engagement. If you want to be a luxury dealer you have to act like one and have the processes to back up great customer service across the board. I am giving you 3 stars thanks to Edson Herrara and his great way to manage the situation, otherwise you would get a 1 star. More
