The Pembroke Pines service operation nothing short of chaos. First they are under construction and have been for quite some time causing traffic around the building and customer parking challenges. It’s chaos. First they are under construction and have been for quite some time causing traffic around the building and customer parking challenges. It’s extremely confusing trying to figure out where one needs to go to find a service advisor. They only have one service lane operational which causes backups into the parking lot. When you bring your car in for service, in my case a less than 30 day old new car with a bad sensor, you must wait 15-20 mins to see a service advisor. This location is an EXTREMELY busy high volume dealer with people and cars everywhere! If you feel like being just a number then place is for you. Most employees seem professional and personable but you definitely feel like cattle being herded. The people at the switch board when you attempt to call in provide a substandard experience. They answer the phone by saying “Lexus of Pembroke Pines do you mind holding” and immediately put you on hold almost before they finish talking. Furthermore, after waiting for more than 10 minutes (twice) for someone to pick up again you hear a click and you know you have been cut off. I don’t know if they are untrained or cutting people off on purpose so they don’t have to answer the phone. These people are usually the first contact with your organization and it’s not good first vibe! Management may want to pick a busy time of day and try to call in to see what kind of first impression others are getting of their organization. Possibly they have so much business that it’s not a priority. Lastly, since I tried no less than four times to reach my service advisor AND the switchboard I gave up and decided to drive approximately one hour down to the dealership to check on my new car that had been in the shop now for 5 days with no updates as promised by my advisor and the actual service mechanic. On my drive down I received a text that my car was ready for pick up. I Never received a final update on what was fixed or what service was initiated to fix the warning light on my dash. By this point I just wanted to get my car and go home. It’s a shame because my new car sales person was quite good and very responsive during the buying process. Unfortunately for me I only dealt with him for a few days. More
Andres delivered my Lexus RX350 to my home. Andres exceeded my expectations in helping me as I could not go directly to the Dealership. Andres, also took his time explaining the features of my Andres exceeded my expectations in helping me as I could not go directly to the Dealership.
