Service dept is in complete disarray. I have been with Lexus for over 25 years and NEVER had such difficult time getting service with loaner. I am in for service 3/4 times a year min. I have always stuck with Lexus for the excellent service. There are many choices of SUV today. I suggest Lexus get back to their roots and provide service they have in the past. More

The dealer agreed to take off the tinted windows which we didn't want, flashed us an aggressive purchase price during the negotiations, but these were added back during the final transaction phase, which has didn't want, flashed us an aggressive purchase price during the negotiations, but these were added back during the final transaction phase, which has multiple cost adders, e.g., title, registration, tax, etc. so we missed it. The close felt like a hustle. Later we expedited a check to them by month's end at their insistent request, but they subsequently lost the check. Later, there was a dispute over the final amount due because they quoted a close number to my bank -- who doesn't take my word for it! --apparently without the tinted windows which they later claimed was in error. Since all financial institutions in the US are required by law to record their telephone calls, we had to pull up the bank's recording to settle. This was the worst auto buying experience we've ever had, and we won't be back at Pembroke Pines again. It is also the last time that we will use the Costco Auto Program (this was my third experience), since at least in Southern Florida they don't diligence their partners. Fortunately, Lexus cars sell themselves. Darren worked hard to get this done and was professional about the experience, which we appreciated. More
