I bought my car at this location and it was my preferred location but over the years the quality of service seems to have gone down. I came in because my car has been making a slight noise whenever I go location but over the years the quality of service seems to have gone down. I came in because my car has been making a slight noise whenever I go over bumps. I bought this car brand new 5 years ago and have done everything in my power to keep it in great condition, boasting only 50k miles at the time I brought it in. I was charged $240 just for them to take a look at my car and notify me via text 2 hours later that my entire steering column assembly needed to be replaced because it was worn internally and the repair would cost $3000. This didn't sound right to me, how does my entire steering column assembly need to be replaced after only 50k miles? But, it's not like there was anyone I could speak to directly about concerns because the only text option I had was to say yes or no to the repair. When I asked what the dangers of holding out on this repair would be and if it was a dire situation the response I got was "The noise will get worse over time" So I'm paying $3k to prevent the noise from getting worse? what does that even mean? Mind you, I've taken my car to their maintenance twice before this and this issue never came up in any of their inspections. I will be looking for a second opinion. More

Alon was professional, knowledgeable, and reacted fast to my needs. Located the car with the features I wanted in a very prompt fashion. The finance person and the rest of personnel I communicated with were very nice and professional. I like my RX350 car except that 10 days after I purchased zero-mile car, a "Drive Start Control Malfunction-Visit Your Dealer" warning popped up in the odometer display. Return to dealer and I was told they do not have the software to download. They reset that function and let's see now what is going to happen next. More
