Moez Sachedina- Forced me to lease instead of loan option ( because of labor day weekend my bank would not release the check until following business day ) with high downpayment and high monthly payment for ( because of labor day weekend my bank would not release the check until following business day ) with high downpayment and high monthly payment for only 10000 miles for 3 years. I requested to cancel lease agreement within 24 hours but I was refused and advised to check with any attorney .I challenge the management to match any lease deal similar to my lease agreement . After owning six Lexuses, purchased from another dealership, I have to say disappointed doesn’t describe our experience at your dealership. We waited two months for our vehicle that was promised in dealership, I have to say disappointed doesn’t describe our experience at your dealership. We waited two months for our vehicle that was promised in two to three weeks. We completely understood there was a hold up on new vehicles ,but the lack of communication from our sales woman was almost insulting. No return calls, never could reach her and just the most frustrating experience we ever had. If it had not been for her boss Frank who stepped in and explained the hold up, we would never have purchased the vehicle. She called on Saturday, said she had keys to car and to come at 1:00 on Sunday. We drove from Vero Beach only to wait an hour while she said someone told her we were someone else. My husband called and said we have been standing in front of car. She arrived then told my husband to wait for the next available finance person while she DISAPPEARED. He watched as many sales people walked their customer ahead of him because he had no idea what to do. An hour and half later he called her and said he had to leave. I was so upset I left the dealership. Finally he had a wonderful experience with the finance lady, Gema. Very very helpful and thorough. The sales lady returned and quickly went through the car however over three hours was excessive just to pick up a vehicle. We are still trying to figure out a lot of the car’s beautiful features. Thankyou to Frank and Gema , the finance lady, they were real professionals. The detail department left a good deal to be desired. Lots of small stickers left in various laces on the vehicle. Not until our drive home could we see in the low sun sky, how dirty the windows and mirrors were. Truly disappointed More

They were not pushy, dismissive or rude like you typically encounter at dealerships; but they were informative and sent me videos of vehicles I was interested in which was helpful. Most often the part people dread about going to the dealership is the amount of time it takes to complete the process. However, Dayron Armenteros took good care of me and although I had to wait I didn't mind because he was more concerned with me as a customer than how busy he was. My experience thus far has made me extremely happy with my decision to visit this dealership. I look forward to becoming a loyalty member!!! More
