You have to be totally informed and prepared before you walk in the door. I don't believe a car should take all day to purchase. I don't think that they gave me anything more than jm lexus for deals and I walk in the door. I don't believe a car should take all day to purchase. There should be no price difference between the internet price and the dealer price if it is the dealer advertising the car. I was unsure the whole time I was there if I was getting a fair price. I was very disappointed on this service. I had an appt at 10am and was called in at 11:05am. I had arrived about 15 minutes earlier. When i finally got to speak to the specialist and they ad I had an appt at 10am and was called in at 11:05am. I had arrived about 15 minutes earlier. When i finally got to speak to the specialist and they advised they still had not looked at my car even though they drove it about 10:10am. I received several calls the day before to confirm appt and even to speak to a sales rep. On my way to the appointment, they called again to confirm my appointment. I was there waiting for almost 3:30hrs. They didn't even ask if i was going to wait or have someone pick me up. They tried to sell me tires and when i ask how much longer they told me not much. That was over an 1hr later. The sales rep called me and told me they were going to come by to see me and they never did. 1st time i had a bad experience with them. More
