Almost all of my experiences with this dealership have been great. My most recent experience, which involved the purchase of my lease vehicle, was not the best. I have been very happy with the car and tho been great. My most recent experience, which involved the purchase of my lease vehicle, was not the best. I have been very happy with the car and thought it was a good deal to purchase it. No one was able to tell me why the base purchase price was more than the amount on my lease contract. This should have been red flag enough. Also, I wish all of the additional "fees" had been explained earlier or in the contract. Had I known that I would be paying in excess of $3000 in taxes and "fees" I probably would not have purchased the car no matter how happy I have been with it. I left the dealership feeling as if I had been taken advantage of. I do not fault the salesperson (not his rules) However, I definitely will think twice or three times before leasing or purchasing from Lexus of Pembroke Pines in the future. More
