I brought in my car for the new second key, which I never received. The place is dirty, and very nasty. After an hour and a half for a simple key, when I left the heat was set on full blast so I came back an received. The place is dirty, and very nasty. After an hour and a half for a simple key, when I left the heat was set on full blast so I came back and they reset it and tested the key. Then when I got home, I looked at the key and it was not the same as the other one I already had. I called and called and finally got the service manager who told me about the third piece. No one there was interested in the extra piece for the key and when I talk to the service manager we figured it out at that time. I asked him when I got there. I showed him that extra third piece and he said don’t worry, put it in your pocket but the communication between client and staff is at zero. now my air-conditioning is not working well ever since for some reason, they turned my heat on full blast, which had nothing to do with why I was there, which was just to pick up a long overdue second key, which Lexus and the dealership did not give me a time of purchase. I can go on and on but it’s not worth it from sales person down to service, etc. More
The Collision Center had my car for 8 weeks. During a rain storm, the interior carpet got wet. I had to bring it back and they fixed the driver seat belt but not the passenger seat belt. Careless work! More
