That morning, I suddenly without any warning, had a dead battery. Car was towed to the dealership with me riding shotgun. When we arrived at the dealership, Anthony, my service advisor, immediately took c battery. Car was towed to the dealership with me riding shotgun. When we arrived at the dealership, Anthony, my service advisor, immediately took charge. I had appointments scheduled for the afternoon that would have been difficult to reschedule. Thanks to Anthony's efficient handling of my car's repair, I was in and out in less time than he estimated initially. I am very happy that he is my service advisor. Kudos! More

Julio was the opposite of a high pressure used car salesman! He listened to what I said I'd be interested in and didn't drag out the process simply to keep us talking. The offer and acceptance proce salesman! He listened to what I said I'd be interested in and didn't drag out the process simply to keep us talking. The offer and acceptance process was quite direct, no long waiting while going back and forth to ''check with my Manager''. The only wrinkle (at the end) was a bit of attitude from the 'sales manager' who processed the actual paperwork. That said, I'd still rate the overall experience at a FIVE. More
