The dealership was a little busy for Saturday, but we had an appointment for 12:00am and we there a little early . I was also disappointed because the following Monday going to work my dash board reminder said service vehicle soon. Apparently they never reset the reminder first time at Lexus of Pembroke Pines. Generally, the service department, service advisors, and quality of service seem to have slipped in recent months. I've had two or three instances when the service department had incorrect information on my quality of service seem to have slipped in recent months. I've had two or three instances when the service department had incorrect information on my cars, the service advisor's name given to me was incorrect, he no longer worked there, no service advisor was not notified that I was there waiting for 45 minutes to meet with an advisor, I was not notified promptly when my car was completed, and I was promised follow up which did not occur. Service has generally been good over the many years that I have been involved with Lexus of Pembroke Pines, but the only consistently great service has been Richard Monivis, who has always been very helpful with all the cars that I purchased from him.
