I am highly disappointed in the services that I received here. First, extremely long wait time. secondly, the service guy was rude. Third, after finally receiving my car the car wasn’t washed after they tol here. First, extremely long wait time. secondly, the service guy was rude. Third, after finally receiving my car the car wasn’t washed after they told me the car is being washed now and it should be out soon and to make matters worse the guy left his lunch bag in my car! Was he eating in my car instead of washing it? I brought it to the service directors attention and he was very apologetic and sweet. Then I had to wait an additional 1hr to get the car washed after waiting 3 1/2 hrs! They obviously dropped the ball! I hate how the service guy (the one who files the paperwork) treated me as if I was not a valued long standing customer! To be honest I get way better treatment at lexus in Greensboro NC. The employees at Pembroke Pines lexus are more concerned about who’s wearing the best designer belt VS how they treat the customers who are paying car notes to afford them the luxury of those designer belt. Al I’m saying is when I come to get a service treat me with respect and show me that you care about me as a customer. The same effort y’all put in selling a car is the same effort I’m expecting when I come in for a service. Thanks! More

I have to say that Valentina was quite instrumental in me buying my vehicle SLC AMG 43 from your dealership. She was very knowledgeable about the car, very easy to speak and work with. She was not pushy, to the contrary, she was very understanding of my needs, as I had lost my 2017 SLC 300 in a hydroplane crash two weeks ago. I had spoken with several other dealerships and did not receive the same service. I have not commented on finance since I still have not made final payment or signed any of the paperwork. More
