Juan was wonderful, however the wait was 3 hours with an appointment. My car was only getting a 5000 mile check up. Topping off fluids and rotating tires should not take so long. appointment. I want no one to loose their job tover this but plz if ever doing service to car do not bother or take me from a good place to sit in a car and figure everything out myself.
