Worst experience ever, because they are not in the State Farm network, your quote will never be fully approved by your insurance company. Lexus estimate compared to other high quality collision centers was about $8,000 more . From the beginning Lexus told me that I only have to pay a $500 deductible, which is far from the truth. They disassembled the car removing parts, emblems and others that were not necessary to make an estimate. They left my car under the sun and the rain for more than 30 days and lied to my face and told me it was already assembled. I tried to take my car to another workshop, but since Lexus had already disassembled the car and that is recorded, no one wanted to accept my car, I had to pay approximately $1,000 to have my car delivered again and they returned it to me without packaging and emblems, completely dirty. In conclusion, the service was very slow, overcharged me with predatory prices and the staff did not tell the whole truth and made the process much more complicated . This whole experience was a nightmare and I will never go here again. In the end I just got a new lease because it was more simple than fixing my car. More

In the last 12 months I have had multiple major and not so major services performed (transmission replaced, alternator replaced, power steering belts replaced and more). After ALL of the aforementioned se so major services performed (transmission replaced, alternator replaced, power steering belts replaced and more). After ALL of the aforementioned services (and some that I did not list) I had to bring my car back MULTIPLE TIMES for the service technicians to correct the initial problem. It was if they did not have a clue about making the necessary repairs. It has been very disturbing to encounter incompetence over and over. And, I was very bitter that I had to keep taking time out of my busy schedule to keep bringing my car back time and time again to have problems corrected that should have been corrected before my car was returned to me. What ever happened to the technicians who use to get it right the first time! More
