I Have been a Lexus owner since 2004 from Lexus of Kendall and thru the years Lexus of West Kendall. My last Lexus 2022 GX460. Decided to buy a new Lexus 2023 from Lexus of Pembroke Pines. My Son negotiated with Internet Dept and Mario Padron over the phone and I emailed all my info. The next day when we arrive all the paperwork was ready for us to signed and we left with the car within a few hours. Mario was just wonderful and a pleasure to work with. I made my appointment and it was scheduled with Jeff, according to the email reminder. I ended up getting Alex/Alejandro who apparently is new. I asked him to make note of specific things I wanted checke according to the email reminder. I ended up getting Alex/Alejandro who apparently is new. I got a text from him saying the mechanics found items that need attention around 4pm but never a follow up call or text. I got to Lexus after 5 to get the status of my car because it was there since 9:30am. He never called me saying it was ready and couldn’t find the paperwork….it was on his desk the whole time after he had already checked his desk in front of me. I’ve had MANY services there in the past and have never had any issues with my previous advisors. I wasn’t happy at all this time. I understand he’s new but maybe he should observe/shadow more experienced advisors before going solo. More

From the nasty lady on the service dept that couldn’t direct my call, to the incompetent service of Pembroke Pines had out me through this past week.
