I showed up with 2 known issues and was asked to agree to an $180 diagnostics fee. After leaving the car in the shop for 3 days they came back with the diagnostic - same I had already disclosed. It’s easy when you sell a top rated product that is the class of the industry. However, without customer service, and a genuine, willing to work with the clients amounts to nothing. I believe I was being outright cheated! I had a problem with one of my key devices. When I brought my 2014 Lexus ES 350 in for service, I brought both of my keys with me. After leaving my c I had a problem with one of my key devices. When I brought my 2014 Lexus ES 350 in for service, I brought both of my keys with me. After leaving my car with the Service Department, I immediately went to the Parts Desk. The person there fixed the problem. I told the car service person that one of my keys was not working but it was just fixed. He said the other key (the one with the car) was not working either. I asked him to please check it out before my car is finished so I can have it fixed without waiting there any additional time. I had arrived at 12 noon; it was estimated to be completed by 3. At 3 he told me my car was done. I asked him what about my key? He said no, it's not working, and I need a whole new key. . . So, now I had to spend additional time on this. I went to the Parts Desk, the person there said there is nothing wrong with the key. He replaced the battery just in case. I asked if he could talk with the service person - he did call him and told me he says I need a whole new key which would cost about $385. I went to the service person and told him I want to try the key before buying a new one. Longer story short - I tried my key over and over again, and it worked perfectly each time. CUSTOMER BEWARE!
