Disappointed with this dealership in general. I overpaid for my lease by 10k. And they acted like they were doing me a favor by making some sort of deal. Also, the communication around the terms I overpaid for my lease by 10k. And they acted like they were doing me a favor by making some sort of deal. Also, the communication around the terms was not ironed out before they brought me to finance. The whole situation felt uncomfortable and pressuring. Communication was poor and the Sales manager was rude and disrespectful. At a certain point, I was so frustrated and disappointed with the situation that I just didn’t care anymore and just wanted to leave. Once this lease ends I will not be a returning customer of this dealership. More
