There isn’t enough space to describe the xxxx show Lexus of Pembroke Pines had out me through this past week. From the nasty lady on the service dept that couldn’t direct my call, to the incompetent service of Pembroke Pines had out me through this past week. Andres was good. Andres from finance got an attitude because I didnt add on the extras like gap, tire and extended warranty. Honestly, extremely unhappy with this service and will not be returning to this location. Our service associate Juan does not care about customer service and lazy in the way in which he does his job. We c not be returning to this location. Our service associate Juan does not care about customer service and lazy in the way in which he does his job. We can in for a walk in appt. Was told that it would take approx. 2 hours which was understood. We had no issues with that at all. Juan asked if we would be waiting for the vehicle at Lexus or leaving and waiting for a call back to pick up. We let him know that we would be waiting inside. He said, "Great I'll either call or grab you from inside." I patiently waited the 2 hours, with no call nor an associate coming to grab me. I knew I was a walk-in and figured there were other appts ahead of me so I patiently waited another hour. Still no call and no associate to come grab me. At this point, I thought that sufficient time had passed to look for Juan and ask him about our vehicle. When I went back into his office, I let him know that it has been 3 hours and wanted to know how much longer the service would take. He fumbled around with the papers on his desk trying to locate our paperwork. He didn't recognize me nor remember me when I came in which just shows the type of care he holds for customers. He finally looked in the "done" pile, and says "oh, this was finished an hour ago.. I texted you." I let him know that I did not receive a text and he looked at me and said, "I don't know what to tell you, I texted the number on file..", which was incorrect. I asked why he didn't look at the service slip that had the correct phone number on it and he still proceeded to say because he texted the number on file. Like, what is the point of the service valet to fill out a service slip and ask for a name and phone number if the service associate is going to totally ignore it? The slip was stapled on the very top of all the paper work and it had my name and my phone number. And the attitude after Juan made the mistake was unwarranted. He messed up because he was being lazy and did not care. And instead of acknowledging his mistake he was unapologetic and annoyed that I was frustrated. Just poor customer service overall, and extremely disappointed. WILL NEVER GET A SERVICE HERE AGAIN. More
