Lexus of Pembroke Pines

We just leased a 2022 RX350 and had a FANTASTIC experience; primarily because of Nina Paul, our salesperson. This was my 2nd lease from Pembroke Pines, and I knew I was in trouble because I leased experience; primarily because of Nina Paul, our salesperson. This was my 2nd lease from Pembroke Pines, and I knew I was in trouble because I leased our 1st in 2019 - when the interest rate was 1%. Figured that the money factor would put a new lease out of our reach. But Nina jumped in and didn't give up. Somehow she found the exact right SUV for my wife, and worked the numbers hard enough so they made sense for us. Thank you Nina, without you we probably would have ended up buying our 2019 off lease. Getting this 2022 is sooooo much better than that. Also, a quick shout-out to Benny at the insurance desk. He did a terrific job of making all the needed paperwork happen even though it was after business hours and our insurance company systems were pathetic. Benny moved through every problem, keeping up a patter that sounded more like a stand-up comic than an insurance guy. Way cool. More
