We brought the car in for service and was told it would be 1.5 hours. It took over 2. The car wash was mediocre at best. At the check-in we asked for a new key. When we picked up the car there was no key and given the run-around in whose responsibility it was to get it. Finally, the parts dept. told us they had it but it would take an additional hour to program it. We left without it and will need to go back. We have been customers of Lexus of Pembroke Pines for a long time and the service this time was very disappointing. More
