Great customer service from the minute I pulled in, then sat with my service writer within 5 minutes. Reviewed my services, concerns and was given a loaner. In and out in under 30 minutes. To be fair the initial communication with Rodney was excellent and he has high customer service skills but I was told that the work is done and it was not. I do believe it is an error and I am sure Lexus of PP will correct this minor error. More

My experience with Efrain and the sales staff was top notch. Efrain was a little tied up with another client so he brought in Ariel to assist. I do have one major concern with the letter I received and offer I received to turn in my lease early, which is the reason I was at the dealer. To me, the letter from Mr. Armani is incredibly deceptive and just simply not a tactic I would expect from a dealership that I have an almost 20 year relationship with. I emailed him my concerns a few days ago and have not had the courtesy of a response. Again my sales staff was awesome, just watch out for any offers you receive in the mail and read them very closely. More
