Service was ok. There was a loud argument between finance guy and salesman, all waiting customers were extremely uncomfortable. The finance guy wanted a copy of the customers insurance and he told the sales guy and salesman, all waiting customers were extremely uncomfortable. The finance guy wanted a copy of the customers insurance and he told the salesman “don’t ever come to me without the xxxxing insurance paperwork “. Myself and husband and other customers in the waiting area were all looking at each other and thinking oh my God, that was inappropriate and very unprofessional. The salesman walked out and the finance guy followed him out and slammed the door. I’ve been going to this Lexus dealership for many years and have never seen anything like this here before. This is my second car from this dealership and I must say, I was very disturbed over this incident. More

Hello, Purchased a 2011 GS350 from their used car dept. Long story short the car had a wiring issue. The service dept. Jumped up right away to fix the issue. No it's and or butts. The car is fine, but I am extremely disappointed with the service. I had to wait two weeks for an appointment that was at 10:45am. Waited in the car in line for quite some time. By the time I left the offic service. I had to wait two weeks for an appointment that was at 10:45am. Waited in the car in line for quite some time. By the time I left the office it was 11:15am. I was told at that time the car would be ready by 1pm, which seemed like a REALLY long time to rotate tires and fill up fluids...especially when I had a 10:45am appointment. I went for a walk, but returned by 12:30, and I started checking at 1:10pm to see where my car was. No one seemed to care that it was late, everyone was very dismissive and didn't seem to respect that my time matters too. I was finally told that it was being washed. Around 1:30pm one staff person (didn't catch his name) finally seemed to understand that I needed to leave soon to pick up kids from school. He helped move my car along. I finally received my keys at 1:45pm. That is 45 minutes later than I had been told and so an APPOINTMENT to rotate tires and top off fluids took 3 hours! No one apologized for the delay. It all really felt extremely disrespectful of me and my time. A week later, I did get text from the person I worked with. When I shared how frustrated I was he did apologize, and took responsibility, but didn't offer anything to make it right -so honestly, that did not feel like he sincerely wanted to keep my business. I understand they have construction going on, but they then need to take that into account if that is going to affect how long a standard service is going to take and not schedule people if they can't take care of them in a timely manner. More
