I would recommend this establishment 100%. Staff are super friendly and accommodating. After I purchased my used vehicle - I requested a couple minor things to be fixed with no hassle or problems. I will not recommend this dealership to anyone. We went in to purchase our third vehicle from this dealership. We were in the market for an RX 350 with the luxury package. They didn’t have what we were in to purchase our third vehicle from this dealership. We were in the market for an RX 350 with the luxury package. They didn’t have what we were looking for so the salesman said he would see if it was available anywhere nearby and see if he could get it. We talked a couple of days later and he said he found it and would be able to get it but the dealership is charging $5000 over MSRP, there is no negotiation. He also said that the dealerships in the Bay Area are charging $10-$15 thousand over MSRP. I told him I wasn’t paying that. I then spoke with two other dealerships and was informed that they weren’t gouging their customers by charging over MSRP. I told one of the salesman what I was looking for, he called me back and said he found the exact vehicle we wanted and was able to work out a trade with that dealership. Our car was currently in transit from the factory to the other dealership. It arrived last night, our dealership picked it up this morning and we brought it home tonight. Again, this would have been the third vehicle we would have purchased from Lexus of Sacramento and I’m sure we will be buying more in the future. You’ve lost a customer because of the ridiculous practice of attempting to gouge your customers due to the current shortage of vehicles due to the microchip shortage. This seems very shortsighted to me. You may want to let your management/owners know that they have lost at least one customer due to this (my guess is that you’ve lost more than just us). I will be informing my friends, family and acquaintances of this situation and advise them to use an alternate dealership, the one we used in particular. We are very disappointed in Lexus of Sacramento at this time. More
