The service was ok not the best. When scheduling for service I requested for a loaner and I was told one will not be provided. Got to the dealership and Tracy offered me a loaner. I realize that the staff is working under adverse conditions during the remodeling,but this was dikffikcult for us when we were told that the battery would not be available till July. The only problem I had was the confusion about where to go since the main office was closed. Also, someone who previously had the loaner car prior to me smoked in the vehicle. Also, I did not have 15k miles in my car and I told the service people that prior to coming in, so the advisor wrote on my paperwork that the customer requested the 15k service and I did nothing request it. We came in to complain about lug nuts being loose after our tires were rotated. We lost one lug nut, and on every other wheel, there was one lug nut that was only hand tightened. In addition, there were marks on one wheel where the person who was supposed to tighten the lug nuts, had just jammed it in marring the wheel. This was a safety issue and my husband was NOT happy. Mike Huddlestone has always helped us and did so on this last issue. So it has been resolved. We have owned our Lexus for 13 years and have been happy with it and the service at Sacramento Lexus. I’m certain the tire man will receive the training he needs. More
