Professional, knowledgeable and helpful staff assist with guiding your decision in purchasing a vehicle. As a previous RX 350 premium package owner (5yrs) I felt quite comfortable reviewing the used invento guiding your decision in purchasing a vehicle. As a previous RX 350 premium package owner (5yrs) I felt quite comfortable reviewing the used inventory and new 2021 units. Although I certainly enjoy and appreciate the fit, finish, and technical wizardry of the RX F sport model, the amenities included within the base unit is an impressive value. It is easy to look at a luxury package RX and want all the additional features contained within, but a careful review of a RX base unit defined for me the very core of Lexus’ commitment to luxury class style and safety. The decision to purchase at Sacramento Lexus was reached after engaging the services of Jerod Horch in sales. He set the tone for the final deal by providing all the information I requested and suggestions for additional review. It is all that I ask of a manufacturers representative but surprisingly I find it lacking in less trained personnel. Fine experience great staff. More

The sales staff and process was VERY good and a great experience. Unfortunately the service side of the business does not track with the front of the house. Getting through to anyone via the phone system is a consistent nightmare - unable to reach anyone and endless hold cycles. When brought to managements attention the response was less then compelling and they seemed to have little interest in fixing the situation. Promised completion dates were also missed numerous times. I would purchase a car from Lexus but I would be concerned with the service situation. My expectation from Lexus was for a very high level of service, not what I've received. But, to be clear, the purchase process/staff/approach was outstanding and the used car program is the best in Northern California - you can not beat their used car pricing and condition of the cars. OUTSTANDING! Fix the service end and you'll have a home run. More

Lexus made it right after selling a car that had transmission issues I received my money back but noticed it was back on their lot for sale is pretty funny to me I feel sorry for the next person who transmission issues I received my money back but noticed it was back on their lot for sale is pretty funny to me I feel sorry for the next person who purchases this car so I would not recommend them to anyone yes it was made right by me and the customer service was great and all but find it unethical that they are going to just sale it to another person so I would never recommend Lexus More
