The sales staff and process was VERY good and a great experience. Unfortunately the service side of the business does not track with the front of the house. Getting through to anyone via the phone system experience. Unfortunately the service side of the business does not track with the front of the house. Getting through to anyone via the phone system is a consistent nightmare - unable to reach anyone and endless hold cycles. When brought to managements attention the response was less then compelling and they seemed to have little interest in fixing the situation. Promised completion dates were also missed numerous times. I would purchase a car from Lexus but I would be concerned with the service situation. My expectation from Lexus was for a very high level of service, not what I've received. But, to be clear, the purchase process/staff/approach was outstanding and the used car program is the best in Northern California - you can not beat their used car pricing and condition of the cars. OUTSTANDING! Fix the service end and you'll have a home run. More
