I arrived 1/2 hour early for scheduled routine maintenance appointment. I was told it would take an hour to an hour and 1/2. It took well over 3 hours. My car was returned unwashed and the mainten maintenance appointment. I was told it would take an hour to an hour and 1/2. It took well over 3 hours.
