I had an oil change, tires rotated, etc. that was done on Dec 12th then my flat tire sensor logo appeared on my display after that I had to return back to Lexus on December 26th to had new t that was done on Dec 12th then my flat tire sensor logo appeared on my display after that I had to return back to Lexus on December 26th to had new tire sensors replaced on all four tires. My advisor Tracy was absolutely wonderful but overall i am not happy with the service provided. With my vehicle under warranty, it should not take me three visits in under a month to get a problem sorted o am not happy with the service provided. With my vehicle under warranty, it should not take me three visits in under a month to get a problem sorted out. Rather than replacing my battery, they opted to charge it or focus on other components since it did not fail the battery test. Taking time off work to get to the dealer is not easy during the holidays but not having my car start is also not an option. More
