Christina is amazing and explained to me the issue from my earlier 5k service and why it can’t be fixed. For the reason why I came in to get the 2nd key it was very efficient and they also cleaned my car. my earlier 5k service and why it can’t be fixed. I am still frustrated that the prior advisor put down a completely wrong vin for my 5k service and it can’t be updated showing that I had not done this in my service history for my otherswise perfect new car.
