Every person I dealt with was super nice and helpful. My vehicle was towed into the dealership around 12:30 pm and they had it fixed the next afternoon. I was offered a loaner vehicle to use and that is an vehicle was towed into the dealership around 12:30 pm and they had it fixed the next afternoon. I was offered a loaner vehicle to use and that is an extremely nice and needed courtesy for me. The only small issue I had was that the loaner vehicle was not clean. There was lots of food crumbs on floor and seats and what looked like food grease smudges on steering wheel, shift knob and front seats. Other than the cleanliness of loaner, the service and employees were fantastic. Thank you. More
