Full knowledgeable explanation of additional warranties. Wrote check. Turned over to Nathan where I received a total educated tutorial in the use of all the electronics of my car. Drove away knowing I will be checking the Lexus Manual for information regarding some of the “buttons “ in the future. Also know I can contact Nathan.
