Takes too long to have something as simple as a 5000 mile check up. We thought we needed oil changed etc. It was simply top off fluid rotating tires and we waited almost 2 hours even with an appointment. check up. There is a lack in communication and service in my experience. Regarding details, they don’t match the service I have had in other cities. They vacuum out the car before it heads home and sometimes th experience. Regarding details, they don’t match the service I have had in other cities.
