The sales person John Mac was nice and personable. He seemed honest. He left many times and I wasn’t sure what he was doing. I wasn’t happy with the offer on my car. The finance manager was rude after we denied extra warranties. Not a fan of him. The car was beautiful done and ready after papers we’re signed. I always wanted a Lexus and was so excited about getting my first however my overall experience was average. More

He understands that car buying is a big deal and takes the time to truly understand the needs and wants to not just find the right car, but also the right color and features as well.
